Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
